Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the Project Pak-LLM Coder ecosystem—including the Pak-LLM Coder IDE (Web & Desktop), Agent Mission Control, Pak-LLM CLI AI Coding Agent, and Custom Domain Registrar—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

02. Custom Domain Registrations & 10% Platform Fee

Users can search and purchase custom apex domains (.com, .pk, .com.pk, .ai, .tech, .io, .org, etc.) for project deployments:

• 10% Platform Service Fee: An automated 10% SBF service fee is applied on top of wholesale registrar base prices to cover automated DNS configuration, edge TLS routing, and container clustering.
• Automated DNS Setup: Upon purchase, our engine automatically configures apex @ A records and www CNAME records pointing to Sovereign Edge Clusters.
• ICANN & Registry Terms: Registrations are bound by ICANN regulations and registry policies. Domains are registered in 1 to 5 year increments.

03. Subscription Packages & Domestic Swich Rails

All subscription tiers (Awam Free Tier with 250k tokens, Freelancer Pro at PKR 4,999/mo with 15M tokens, Enterprise at PKR 19,999/mo with 60M tokens) are governed by our Islamic Fintech 0% Riba billing charter:

• Transparent PKR pricing with zero hidden penalty charges or usury.
• Supported domestic payment channels: Swich PWA, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, 1Link Bank Transfers, and Visa/MasterCard.
• Tokens are allocated instantly upon transaction callback and reset every 30 days. Emergency daily tranche (Quota ÷ 30) unlocks automatically if exhaustion occurs before renewal.

04. Pak-LLM CLI, Autonomous Agent & Human-in-the-Loop Oversight

Mission Control and the Pak-LLM CLI terminal agent operate under strict Human-in-the-Loop safety gates:

• The CLI and Web Agent require explicit confirmation before executing bash commands or overwriting local workspace files (unless explicitly bypassed via the -y flag).
• Terminal tool execution occurs directly on the user's local workstation. Developers remain solely responsible for validating generated code and terminal scripts prior to production deployment.
• Token consumption across IDE, Mission Control, and CLI is dynamically synchronized against the centralized domestic quota ledger.

05. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Pak-LLM Coder for creating malware, launching DDoS attacks, unauthorized port scanning, or violating the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
